I've eaten here several times before, years ago for lunch and I thought it was okay; then the last few years when going with someone who seems to know what to really order (and maybe in Chinese), we were able to get dishes that I probably would not have ordered and that were tasty Szechuan fish.

With Honey's food allergies (gluten so you have to watch out about soy sauce as most conventional sauce has wheat as well and shellfish so no to the shrimp) we have to be very careful.  The owner (I'm pretty sure) was really nice about modifying the dish but you could tell, he really had to figure out what to do for sauce because, seriously soy sauce is a main staple, or the oyster sauce (definitely worse for Honey).  Yet everything was very tasty and to have that attention from the owner was greatly appreciated.  We had quite a bunch of dishes ordered, more family style with six of us for dinner.

This most recent time we ate here for dinner (March - I'm ate in writing reviews) and it was just four of us, the food tasted very salty to me.  Not at all like before, plus it didn't help that I kept getting a bunch of the red chili peppers from the fish dish - and I don't like spicy so perhaps my tongue was simply killed and oversensitive.  We had one of the waitress whose gift is not service but as Honey said, she's one of the regular ones (he comes here now almost on a weekly basis for lunch) and that is just the way she is.

Anyway, when I compare this Asian restaurants to others in the area, it's one of the better ones for sure, and not as expensive as some of the others.

Nice place. Food was good. Vegan options. Quick service. I'll go back. $8 for a lunch was very reasonable. The mustard/wasabi was hotter than expected so be forwarned. Went back in evening. The service was a tad slow. Not too bad but def slower. That was not too bad because it was really date time.

It's ok... the way they cut the meat kind of freaks me out... resembles maggots. They give you lots of food for the price so that's pretty sweet

This is probably the best Asian lunch plate I have had.  Great food, attentive staff and healthy portions for a reasonable price.

I will stop again the next time I am in the area.

I went here for lunch and was very pleased. Prices were reasonable and potions were sufficient. (I took home half and it was great warmed up) I had the spicy garlic chicken and it was spicy but not overpowering. Service was good as well. There are a lot of places offering this type of cuisine in the area and this place is competitive.
